· Inspect products review products and materials during manufacturing to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards

· Monitors, inspects, analyzes and reviews processes and procedures for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with QMS/ISO procedures.

· Conduct tests perform quality tests and measurements using various tools to identify defects or non-conformance in products

· Document finding, maintaining a detailed record of inspections, test and quality assurance processes to support compliance and continuous improvement efforts

· Create and update department procedures, work instructions in the SAP ECR system with input from Operations, Packaging, Production Planning, Technical Product Managers and Inventory Control.

· Collaborate with teams, work closely with production teams to prevent non-conforming products and continuously improve quality process.

· Reporting issues, Identify and report and quality issues to management recommending corrective actions as necessary.
